Needs to replace rear disc,can't remember if you can just swap them or you need to replace wheel bearings( bearings pressed into disc?)

Isn't the race pressed into the disc (both sides mind) and the bearings placed onto the race then sealed?
I used a hammer and tap and took my time, never had a press

do'nt forget your ABS rings if you have ABS.You can often get them off your old discs but they are quite fragile and often break.
