Gold Mk4 2000 Spares Wheel and tyre

are these meant to be a space saver in these or normal 14 inch wheels ????

mine has a 15" or 16" steel wheel, cant remember which size it is off the top of my head.

Theres 16"in mine. Depends what alloys/steelies the car came with as standard from vw me thinks.

had to ring main agent and was giving the info

15  6J  - 15 inch tyre size and hub size is 6J

ET38 - thing this is the pattern / bolt fixing style

thing I'm right in saying this

anyway only £44 for a new rim which was not too bad got trade discount lol was cheeky to get it lol

15 is 15" tyre size yes.

6j is the wheel width 6" wide.

Et38 is the wheel offset, i.e distance from mounting face of the alloy to the centre line of the wheel.

bolt style is pcd (pitch circle diameter) which is the same for all mk4's

I did not think any mk4 had 14" wheels due to the brake sizes.

14's will fit on poverty spec models, I don't think they'll fit over 288mm brakes on Gti's though
