Blown exhaust

Hi guys,
Getting a blowing noise from front of car... Really loud... What parts could it be and what costs could be involved ?

You need to take a look really, could be the flexy in the down pipe, cracked manifold, could even be a boost leak.

Hi dom, would a boost leak sound like an exhaust blowing? There is also strong exhaust fumes

I think so Barry, if its the front section with the flexi, how much do you recon to fix?

have a new flexi welded in if its that  :wink:

A boost leak would sound like a big hissing noise, I'd put money on it being the exhaust though.

depends how much of the exhaust you need  :wink: and if your keeping the car

I plan on keeping it  :grin:, love the car could just do without this just before xmas
