hi are would the r32 arb front and rear be a good upgrad to a gti turbo

Front would be, pretty sure the rear won't fit due to the rear suspension setup being completely different.

so do yous think that 22mm front and 19mm for the back is best set up for the mk4 golf

I personally have a 19mm S3 arb up front and no arb on the rear, when I do fit one it will be 22mm whiteline one.
