Smoothing bumpers
« on: 24 August 2005, 16:06 »
Hi, I have a set of small bumpers that I want to try smoothing off, will filler be ok to use for this or would it be better to try with fibreglass? Am hoping filler will work as its easier to use!!

Any advice appreciated!!

rub it back with sandpaper and then use filler primer. spray on, sand back, spray on, sand back, spray on, sand back, spray on, sand back, till its smooth then top coat as you would any other piece. takes time to get right but looks sweet when its done.
