My golf 16v.

Couple of things

There seems to be no torque under about 4k revs + i think the exhausts blowing would this explain it? quite pleased with it though. I've gone from 106 GTI, Punto GT, Clio 16V, Renault 5 Turbo, now the Golf.

Obviously the Golf is not as fast as these but i have to say its growing on me!

lie that rear wiper down!  :D

(take off the boot cover inside. undo the crack arm. lie the wiper down and bolt the arm back on)

other than that it looks good. crystal lights make a hell of a difference to front end image :)

Don't worry about the lack of low down torque. you'll discover that the 16v has to be rev'd very hard to get good acceleration out of it.

If you want torque , put the 2.0L 9A bottom end in.
