tyre size for mk6 on 20s

hi just brought some 20 inch wheels for my car and are not sure on Tyre  size do i go,. 235 30 20 or 225 30 20 i am going to lower car on   h and r s any help much appreciated

running 20's and lowering it? Man your roads must be smooth where you live. What offset are the wheels as you may need to run 205/35/20 to get under the arches

on my mk4 it drove just as good on 20s than the standard 16s

off set 45  im running 20s on my rs4 with no problems and on many other cars i have owned
