Strage...seems that some folks get the bad parts of the service at ECP.

Personally, I use the click and collect from the Edinburgh  and have never had issues. Don't get me wrong, I write down the correct part no's before I go and double check when collecting them.

I had an issue with a MAF which they refunded me no quibbles. Same can't be said for GSF for which I will never use again.

Also I have found ECP to very good value for money with the discount codes.

Cheers
not really good value when there sister company sells the same bits cheaper   carparts4less

The issue for me was how the customer services around my web order was handled, which was partly attributed to the Wembley staff behaving like wankers and then their web customer service team not being able to swallow being wrong and apologising and making things right.  Instead they played hard-ball and lost and looked stupid.

If you go into the brand then things are a lot easier, as you have someone to hold to account right in front of you.  Online you don't get that and it's as if they are trying to take advantage of that, which is stupid.

Their discounts for online shopping suggest they want as many people as possible to shop online, so they'd better make the experience as great as possible, that doesn't include telling people to organise everything around getting a refund themselves and making them do EVERYTHING before ECP act as judge and jury as to whether you get your refund.

Tight-arsed tactics just make the business look like a tight arse.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Think I ordered a clutch kit for an LT years ago online, came, didn't want it as fitted a SMF kit and after one phone call drove to Maidstone branch where I received a cash refund.

Job jobbed.

Just the LT vibrates like a b!tch at fairly low revs now.

Yeah, I just checked this out

ECP - NGK - £12.30 per plug
Carp4less - £7.56 per plug

There both the same plugs. I never personally never knew of the other website so will be checking both in the future now

Thanks
