Honesty the Medway and Maidstone have MASSIVELY pulled up their socks with new managers and VERY VERY rare to get a wrong part.

The trouble with all this internet ordering sh!te is the branches have no connection with them and only Wembley deal with it and they're pretty useless tbf. Staff in store hate click and collect orders purely because they have zilch control over them and can't do a lot with them, can't price match etc or see what the prices are online.

IMO they should get rid of click and collect and combine carparts 4 less or something or sort that system out properly.

In store in the two branches I deal with over the past year has been a gigantic improvement.

Anyone in Medway, just ask for James, Ben or Andy if he's in and those three are absolutely top lads, especially Ben on anything BMW.

I can't not speak up for the good side of Eurocarparts when on two occasions, one being wrong brake pads and only noticing at 5:45 thus missing last vans and no chance me getting there and once a last minute order for discs and pads all round on a van that got booked in for evening work last minute, the manager or an employee has said "Don't worry mate I'll go that way home and drop them off".

Saved my arse big time.

So don't slag the whole company off, some extremely helpful people there.

Where all my moneys went.

Yay you.

The above is my experience, your experience is different, you are a trade customer.

Apparently non-trade customers don't get the same level of service.

Businesses are judged on how they do when things go wrong.  Judging by the comments above (from different branches) us punters can go f*ck ourselves - ECP is there for the trade, in which case I'll buy from elsewhere, which is what I have done.

ECP have a long way to go in delivering a satisfactory customer experience.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

I agree it seems any walk in customer doesnt get the same level of respect or help when buying parts trade customers will as they know you will be back, for us who have to travel to there store and make the effort get less service and are always in the wrong when buying incorrect parts.

They will rather refund than make the effort to find correct part.
In some cases they would rather not do any of the above.

I ring up make sure they have all possible parts then turn up at the counter, compare take the one I need and go home job done!
Only thing I dislike is the guys who are taking calls sometimes do Fook all whilst there is a huge Que waiting to be served and usually one guy serving. I rang the sales guy whilst in the Que he picked up and told him I was at counter waiting he brought them out to me so I ended jumping the Que then suddenly the rest of the Que started ringing the customer sales it was the best thing I had seen all day

Aside from clearing my cookies, anyone got a suggestion of how I scrub ECP adverts from my Youtube feed?

Strage...seems that some folks get the bad parts of the service at ECP.

Personally, I use the click and collect from the Edinburgh  and have never had issues. Don't get me wrong, I write down the correct part no's before I go and double check when collecting them.

I had an issue with a MAF which they refunded me no quibbles. Same can't be said for GSF for which I will never use again.

Also I have found ECP to very good value for money with the discount codes.

Cheers

Personally I have never had a problem with them.
Perhaps the Swindon one is the pick of the bunch!
