Also depending how far you're dropping it you might have to get shortened drop links/ uprated arb. And depending on the size of your rims you might need spacers on the front (at least) because the tyres can rub on the adjuster rings. I've got mine dropped about 50mm at the back and 45mm front on r32 rims with 215/40/18's stretched on the rims and had to do all of the above.

All done now. My mechanical friend helped and we went to the garage he works at. Went pretty smooth considering. I don't know what drop I've got but there's no knocking anywhere which is a big bonus. Just gotta let it settle then will get it tracked.

Cheers sharki, I'm going to let it all settle but I'm really quite happy with the way it's sitting. Only took 1 adjustment to get it right!
