yeah rears are a case of, take wheels off, use a pry bar/crowbar/any big bar you can find to remove spring undo top mounts, undo the bolt at the botom of the strut (have a jack under axle or something to support it) remove strut, undo bolt on top of the top mount, put top mount on new coilover strut, reverse for installation of new coilovers (only you need to put the rear spring holders in, but that just bolts on.)
fronts are easy too but more of a pita. undo top mount bolt (7/8mm hex key, cant remember the size, and a swan neck spanner to stop the shaft and bolt spinning), jack up car, take off wheel, undo arb bolt, undo the bolt on the back of the strut mount, finish off undoing the top mount bolt, remove suspension, fit the coilover suspension as reverse.
if you were closer id do it for you... pleanty of guides. if your able to use a spanner you will be able to do it, if your not very mechanically minded budget for a full weekend just incase you come into any problems. once youv done it youll realise how easy it is, first time it took me a full weekend with a mate, second time it took me about 3 hours on my own...
