golf mk4 clocks

Very quick question. I am able to pick up golf mk4 clocks part number 1J0920926 A. Are these clocks imo 3 so can i get miles to empty and lit needles on them..they are half fis.

They look bog standard clocks so will throw bora foils in if they are all good and immo 3

Make sure they are VDO and not Motometer otherwise you'll be doing nothing with them lol

They are bosch rb8 i believe

So i presumed bosch will be fine. Main reason i got them too is because i cannot get bora overlays for the clocks i have currently in my 4mo the symbols dont match up. But they match up for the bosch ones

They are a bit of a PITA to enable on an RB8 cluster...

Keep looking for a set of VDO clocks, they do come up from time to time. I paid £19 delivered for mine

Yup iv done bit googling and  there a hit and miss on the rb8 clocks ill see if can get mte on them if not just stick them on the bay

A quick q dont want to start a new thread

If the clocks in my car have speedometre up to 160mph do the replacement clocks also have to be to 160.  I have a chance to get vdo immo3 clocks but they are up to 140mph. Not like my car would ever get there
