my question for the creators of both this and the geneva ad is how the fcuk can they advertise a car sliding like that when the handbrake is electric and the ESP can't be killed completely?

I mean I know that probably the car in the ad is not a production spec model, but how can VW get away with advertising it like that?

US spec cars are getting a normal handbrake.
