Mk7 Remap
« on: 19 November 2013, 23:14 »
Seems like a while since a lot of us have had our GTIs now and not much chat about remaps yet! Is there usually a bit of a delay in new maps coming out?

Hi, Try Gti World in Edinburgh - (0131 6571234), or Angel Tuning, Star Performance, or Wallace Performance in Aberden they are Revo dealer's and should give you some info
There has been a lot of talk about Tuning boxes, rather than the Remap, so you could look into both if you want to go down the route..

personally i'd just sit back and wait to see what the big names offer

i am curious if one develops a tuning box solution which would get the benefit of both worlds

i think the big names take their time these days on the map front, its not a case of get one for a day tweak a few thinks and farm it out of the public which some have been guilty of

Ok ok thank you for all the vigilante moderation I appreciate there are other threads on the topic.

Looks like there won't be any imminent remaps from reputable companies. Pity. Thanks for the replies.
