Hastd2 - if you think that either the dealer or vwuk is telling porkies ask them to send you a screen shot of the ordering system. It will tell you the confirmed build week and a lot of other useful stuff like confirming your spec.

Should do that. I asked the sales guy politely and he happily faxed me their system's status. We have no on-line tracking system here though...
