Hi guys, was browsing the VW Driver Mag last night (Issue 162 November 2013) and came across this artical about the new Pipercross Performance Panel filter part number - (PP1895) priced at £35.99 inc Vat

There are CAIs. The hf series is one of them. But I can't upload a photo... Though, the air inlet is located behind the ones for mk6 because of the frame around the radiators/intercooler... VW changed the design in the front end of the engine bay (probably for aerodynamic reasons), so now a CAI can't be put directly in the fresh air stream... So, no actual CAI... I'm going to wait and see what APR is going to offer. The Carbonio one for the mk6 is amazingly beautiful and efficient with the ECU tweak from APR. :-)

Yeah I had a open cone previously On my Leon but I'm defo going carbonio or vwr this time

To the OP - Neil B at VW Driver just goes on information submitted to them. He doesn't have time to check everything out I doubt. He has to act in good faith or miss production deadlines.

And in all honesty, why bother unless you're remapping the car?
