My project GTi is going...it's failed the mot today, on 2 rear broken springs, and emissions, it needs a whole new system, from manifold back...including Cat! All in all another 700...on top of the work already done, just not financial viable, I know cars aren't ever viable, but there is only so much someone can spend on a 15yr old car with 152k on it lol. Been offered £100-£150 scrap for it, not sure if that's good or not, but if someone wants it for parts...you can have it for that..collection obviously. It has a brand new rad on it, new rear discs and pads and a new caliper on the rear offside.
So this is goodbye for now, I will be back, with another VW hopefully soon, I still have my mk5 gt gti so will most probably spend some time in there for a while.
