Everything was uprated and I didn't have a job at the time to maintain it  My mates persuaded me to get rid of it  I regret it a lot and had to have another Mk2 after thinking I was sensible buying a 206 gti!!! lol hated every minute of it and brought this on a whim. Not sure what to do with it yet....any suggestions? might even sell it on and get a real one  :undecided:

Well I don't really consider myself much of an expert really so wouldn't really be able to say what would be a good idea to do to your golf just now. I have only had my mk2 since April. From what I know so far I think you can upgrade your carbs? Looks like yours is already lowered which is good. How about porsche 924/944 seats? I have seen them in my friends type 19 and looks really smart.

I't not on carbs, and the interior has just been done out in leather...Hmmm the only thing I would do at the mo is probably change the wheels until I decide if I'm keeping it or not.....What have you got?...Any mods?

cool, mine is tornado red 5dr gti 8v. So far just wheels and lowering springs. its in the garage now getting polished and ported head. got a k & n panel air filter coming in the post and will soon be ordering a stainless manifold and jetex exhaust. probably wont do much else to it for a while after that as thats going to cost a fair bit. plans for the future will be cams eventually. i posted my pic on the photo thread.
