Just about to get water pump and cambelt done is there anything els to be done.

Do not get a lower priced water pump buy a premuim one I am going through 2 brand new water pumps now I need to do the job for the 3rd time as they are squeeking get the more expenive one and uf your changing the waterpump get a thermostat it sits in the waterpump housing

Yeah thermostat is done and water pump i have is one of the expensive ones already

how about a cam upgrade, good excuse to change the rocker gasket

at this time of year i think my misses would kill me lol im only paying £60 for cambelt and water pump to be changed so if i get a new cam i don't mind paying that again.

yeh and hes one of our best technicians here he prices job on time not effort so alyways cheap for few hours work
