Fitting Hids to MK6 Golf

Still having issues fitting HIDS to my MK6 Golf 2.0 GT TDI.

I've found a video but don't want to butcher my bulb holders as I can't seem to find any replacement's and the cheap one's without connectors don't seem to work?

VW Seem to be quoting ridiculous prices for Bulb Holders?

Any Suggestions ( You tube has none )

I had exactly the same problem, Didnt want to have my bulb holders smashed up coz I need to switch back to normal lights for MOT & replacement parts are a small fortune from VW!

Found these recently and theyre a lot cheaper than what the dealers have been quoting me and there are no others around on eBay etc ...

Been looking for these for ages :laugh:

Also I've seen that link, didn't think it applied to the MK6 GOLF thought it was just the Jetta?

No I watched that video on the eBay site and it's near enough if not exactly the same as the golf headlights!

Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.
