new wheels

hi, want to put 18 inch wheels on my 50 mill lowered mk 4 gti, will they fit and what size tyre do you all sugest thanks nick.

depends on wheel width etc. post up a bit more information and people may be able to help you.
also are you running any spacers etc?

8x18 with a 35 offset and 205/40/18 tyres will be fine.

8x18 with a 35 offset and 205/40/18 tyres will be fine.

215/40/18 would be a better bet tbh, much wider choice of tyres and less stretch.

225 for me on 8J

That's the recommended size, I run 215s though for extra arch clearance, swapping down to 205s next though :lipsrsealed:

I ment to type 225 tbh but had fat finger problems :grin:
