Priced VERY well. Same price as a well spec'd GTI with DSG. Then again I can imagine the price shooting up once you start adding a few extras.

It's not light.

On the German Configurator, the price of the DSG is €40,000, and the future value is €21,000

If it can hold on to that much of it's value, a PCP should be pretty cheap.

I am half tempted to change, but without being able to do an insurance quote, I won't risk it. This will be double a GTD for a 20 year old. There must be a UK press car I can try this on....

Would love to try this but financially couldn't stretch that far and most of that would be insurance who would never cover an under 25 for anything sensible...although if I order it now I'd probably be well over 25 by the time it arrives.

I'll wait until July then mine will be 4yrs and i'll miss the initial rush.

Was maybe thinking of going with the S3 Sportback, but VW have looked after me so well i think i'll stick with them.

Need to calculate the extras . . . .

Just some more info on it:

I also tried to insure myself on that car but G8 VWW isn't coming up. I HPI'ed it too and says 'failed to load' Damm it.

Took the plunge today 3 Door DSG with ACC, 19s and Winter Pack, who knows when it will arrive
