Best thing to do it remove the motor. First remove the passenger side tray and the foam cover. Now lying on your back you should see the motor in the upper right of the dash. You will notice a tab which you need to lift and turn the motor. Disconnect the electrical connector. You can dismantle it a bit more by pressing the 3 rubber tabs on the casing back to withdraw the motor from its plastic housing. Spray with lithium grease and then re-assemble.
