yours sits nicely Deano. Yours wheels are very similar if not the same too

i hope that if i do raise the rear a bit it will clear em but it seems to be catching on the front jacking point area so not sure if thats going to make much difference. we shall see!

Thats not low  mine was much lower and I just dealt with it.

I couldnt drive any b roads with the sub frame hitting the road. Even driving through my town centre it bottomed out.

Everyone has the same problem as you and you overcome it with loud music, slow driving and paying more attention to road surface.

Cheers Bud.....my wheels are 16" running 195 45 16's with 5 x 112 adapters and are 8j. Sit very nicely just rub when I put the kids in the back since I put my boot build in so going to have a look at either camber or arch rolling now. Its nice to go lower but it aint worth killing your car for !!!!!!

Raise the back slightly and give it a bit of a stance rather than just dragging bits on the floor and having to drive everywhere at 20mph.

Lowered is great but once you ruin the car's main function you may as well walk.

As for getting a jack under it - I drive mine onto a block of 2x4 wood to make enough space for the jack :)

I decided that I couldn't go much lower than this without sacrificing function - that being loading two big dogs in the back, occasionally towing a trailer and driving on some of the worst roads in the country (Thanks East Sussex Highways!)

Illegal tints and cars lowered so far their function is massively compromised in one thread.

It's like f*cking Christmas in here.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Holiday cottages on the Isle of Wight for 2-10 people? PM me.

No illegal tints on my car (I'm assuming that comment was aimed at me) :)

The fronts look very dark to me.

Not sure how you can tell, what with them being wound right down :D

FWIW, the rear sides are 85% tint and the rear window is 75%. The fronts (when you can see them) are exactly how it left the factory.

Can go dark as you want with the rear windows! No different to a van. Perfectly fine that.

Yep, as I said, no illegal tints - we have the back windows (legally) dark for the benefit of the hounds who spend a lot of time in there. :)
