Mine (27000 miles) runs at 103 / 104 driving modestly around town, and up to 105 / 106ish at higher speeds.
On a warm day the fan will kick in when I turn the car off for a couple of minutes, even after a gentle drive. Doesn't seem quite right to me but maybe it's normal.
