I used a G-Clamp and a large socket.

Failing that, support the wishbone in a vice, wack out the middle tube then whack out the rubber.

Where all my moneys went.

is this not glued in then just tight fit. I did try and press last 1 out big fail bent wishbone slightly, was hoping to do 2 spares for a straight swap but looks like one will have to be done and painted with car on the ramp.

Drill through the rubber all way round then knock the centre out, hacksaw through the outer metal sleeve careful not to cut the actual wish bone, chisel the outer sleeve out job done no damage

You could burn the bush out but its a bit messy, you still have to deal with the outer sleeve

correct, small one does not have outer bush - I have used a small drill and just put about 7-8 holes around. Then just knock through. New front one is easy to fit, M10 threaded rod, big socket, two large penny washer and M10 nuts and you're good to go (bit a fairy liquid will help to ease it in).
