Seen a red and white GTD in Newcastle but yet to see a GTI. They looked pretty special.

Saw a white GTI heading inland from Skegness a few weeks ago - turned out to be a forum member from Notts!

Hadn't seen either until the weekend when I saw a Metallic Blue MK7 GTD. Looked the nuts.

Have seen 2 separate black GTD's plus a red one in Aberdeen. Saw a white GTD on the M77 just before the border and that's it.

I saw a white GTI with a sunroof heading towards Ludlow last weekend. Generally Mk7's don't register on my radar, but this one did.

Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

I've seen two.  One was a GTD and the other I'm not sure.  To be honest though the only give away is the headlights and the car will pass you in a matter of seconds unless you are stuck opposite it in a traffic jam so the chances to recognise one are slim I think.
