NO BRAKE LIGHTS

I have no brake lights at all. just changed the switch and checked the fuses but nothing. changed the bulbs still nothing. It seemed to have happened since Saturday when I changed a bulb after being told I had one out but now dead.....poxy car is pissing me off and wondering why I sold the vr6

When you said you've changed the switch, did you mean the switch behind the brake pedal with a plunger on it? If not then this is the likely cause.
Mine broke a while back and I got a new one from VW for around 15 quid.

If you've changed the bulbs, switch and fuse then it must be a wiring fault / broken wire etc. I presume all the other lights in the cluster are working?

multi meter, and work back try to find where you get voltage and where your not getting voltage and youll be able to isolate where theres a break in the cable/where theres a faulty component.
