Mk 6 alloys on mk4 - what they called and what do I need to fit?

Managed to crack one of my rs4 alloys today so time for a change!
Seen a picture on here of mk4 with I think mk6 wheels?
http://www.autoalloys.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=67_64_69_484&product_id=1375
What do I need to fit them. And what are they called?
Is it just a case of just getting spacers?
Want to keep the kind of oem alloy look but any other suggestions?

There's a guy on here that runs some. Gm8 I think is his name or something similar. They look sm rt on his car and as Barry said they come in 5 x 100 so a set of rubber and you're god to go.
