Need to be stitched in or pressed, anything else will look cheap and stupid

Where can I get the headrests pressed in? How much roughly?

You won't have much luck getting self adhesive vinyl to stay stuck to leather (I'm a sign maker). You might find a screen printers that would to it, but the amount of work involved for such a small result would probably make it economically not viable.
