Not long to go.....hopefully Haha it could be ages. I think mine will come in the Port of Tyne. What about yourself? They don't normally hang around Emden for long if they're going to Tyne. North East dealers generally get delivery within 4 working days ofarriving at Tyne too. If it's at Emden and headed for Tyne you're probably about 10 days from ownership.

Spoke to my dealer today, waiting in Emden for a ship to Grimsby. Once it's in the UK, I should have it within days they have said.Anyone else with a car being shipped to Grimsby?
Some great info on boat tracking in this thread: http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=258683.0If the tracker says "In transit" blah... 4 weeks.. it's on it's way to Emden...If the tracker says "In transit" blah... 3 weeks.. it's at Emden waiting for a boat...If the tracker says "In transit" blah... 10 days.. it's on a boat! Looking at this - I may be wrong here, but anyone with a car current in Emden that's due to be shipped to Grimsby the relevant ship can be tracked here:-http://new.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ships/355444000The vessel at time of writing it current in Grimsby and due to be in Emden again on Friday. Going on a 2 day turn-around, we should be moving to the UK from Emden again on Sunday/Monday.
Great Info! Thanks Neil_MK!
