My insurance price for a set it alloys
« on: 26 September 2013, 17:21 »
Contacted the insurance company today to see how much it would cost for  some 18" bbs ch reps, and it would be an extra 130 pounds.

Is this about right?

Depends on

Your insurer
Where you live
How far into your policy

And a whole heap of other variables that I can't be bothered to type

I don't pay much more than that to insure all of my Mk6 for a year.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

This is rather annoying, I was so looking forward to some new alloys, this has thrown a spanner in the works.
