My car indicator says service now but my service light isnt on do I service now or wait untill the light comes on

There is no service light which is why I asked when it was last done

Mine said service in 200 miles or so, which i did and take the service reminder off.

Think i'll reset mine now as its saying 500 miles but already done most of the service stuff
