Does anybody know what this is? I found some references to the lighting circuit, but other than that i cant seem to find anything..

I found mine in the engine bay today, was not connected to anything though
somebody had cut it out.

They rub through on metal and burn all the lighting loom out. Need to be cut when using uprated loom
