Time to swap a front and back bumper and bonnet on mk4

Just wondering how long to allow for a mechanic to swap front and back bumpers and a bonnet?

what would u all say is a fair price?

Mate do it your self and saver your money prob take u 20min change bumpers

as said try it yourself just get a mate to help with the bonnet  plenty of vids on youtube to show you how

Bumpers are extremely easy to change, had mine off many times
But to answer your question, they shouldn't need more than 2 hours for a skilled one to do it.

Seriously, do the bumpers yourself! I can have the front off in less than 10 mins, rear slightly longer but I reckon I could have both changed within 45 mins.

Bonnet is much easier with 2 people though.

Front bumper 5 minutes
Rear bumper 20 minutes
Bonnet 30 minutes plus one person

Grab a mate and some tools and get busy

Garages are most likely to scratch everything    if you damage them then you only got yourself to blame
