will a 1.4 99 complete exhaust fit straight onto 1.6 04 model

as above, the former owner of my car has totally bodged an aftermarket exhaust onto the car and now the whole lot including down pipe and cat needs to be replaced. I dont fancy paying £350 to replace it all but i have found a complete system only a few months old which was fitted to a 1.4 model for a fraction of the price but its nearly 200 miles away and cant afford a wasted journey.

Yes it will mate, they are essentially the same engine

thanks knew somebody would pull through for me, took a chance on it, front pipe, cat, middle and back box only 4 months old got it for £55.  only catch now is a 330 mile round trip to get it

Get it couriered, Paisley Freight will do a full exhaust system for £20
