Cylinder Head

Hello,
I have a 1.6 16v 02 reg golf, i need a new cylinder head. My engine code is AZD. I found a cylinder head from a AUZ engine, off a 04. The guy selling the head said it'll fit, there the same.
Does anyone know more or can shed some light??
