OSIR do a dead pedal as well, but it's silly money for what it is.

Daft question, but have you drilled the dead pedal to fit it?
I assume theres nothing inside that drilling would hurt?

Its ok now ta-I have had a proper look at it and its all sorted-looks good.

I'm also interested to know this.

Gtiless, I've just put one of these plates on mine today.  So far I've just stuck it on.  Have been driving with it on all day and it seems pretty stable, so far.   I imagine if you're going to use the bolts/screws that come with it, it will need drilling.  Will probably do this just to make sure it stays put.

Well what I have done is removed the dead pedal, drilled it and bolted the plate on.
If you look at it-shine a torch in the footwell-there's a biggish screw in the centre at the back roughly behind the brake pedal, you need remove with a large straight driver and a smaller allen key type plug affair on side of the dead pedal itself, take these out and it slides up and off.
Drill it and bolt the plate on then just fit it back.
Its dead easy!
