I think this is the dilemma facing many Mk7 owners. The law of diminishing returns is in force.

My history is of upgrading every couple of years but that was last done in 2019.

The itch is there from time to time but nothing to scratch it with.

I suspect there are many in this boat. I’ve just been looking again at what price good Mk7.5s are fetching on sale and it ain’t dropping.

I do less than 5k pa mileage and car is still immaculate, paintwork superb, just a couple of small scrapes on the rims, oil and filter changed every 6 months plus full annual service.
Still get a thrill driving it and can honestly say I have zero desire to change even after 6.5 years😀

How are you finding the vibrations?

Very minimal, I was pleasantly surprised after reading numerous reports of unbearable vibration etc very slight vibration at idle that goes away when pulling off in 1st. I have the 6mt and the crisp smooth gear changes are beautiful and has definitely tamed the wheel hop

I was horrified when I installed mine, but it soon settled down.

Been thinking of doing this myself but for the DQ381. I had the 034 one in my pervious Golf which did make a huge difference.
