Rowlers, the red ringed centre caps for the Ed 40 and TCR are smaller than the caps fitted for standard GTI wheels. They are 56cm and might be a straight fit for the CMs. I can’t be certain but it’s worth checking out.
If you find I’m right please let me know.

I had them on my MK7, straight swap...

Hi Watts, do you mean straight red rings are a straight swop to standard GTI wheels or straight swop to CM wheels?
I’m not being pedantic, but the supposed oem TCR caps are too small to clip in to my Parkers.

The straight red rings from the Clubsport are a straight swop on both my Brescia's and the Rotary wheels I have.

I wonder if the “genuine” TCR red ringed caps I sourced from e- bay are in fact knock-offs of the wrong size?

When I came to use them on my Parkers, they were too small and just fell out.

My solution was to fit them with a thin inner ring of blue tack, (yes….I know!!!) and tap them into place with a rubber mallet.

The blue tack is invisible and the caps are still firmly in place after 12 months, so no probs.

It’s not hi-tech but the red rings look great in my view, especially on a sunny day where they are another addition to all the red highlights that look so good on Indium Grey.

If I eventually get round to fitting some CM Prets I will still use my red ring caps. They might be a straight clip into the CMs but if not, Mr Bodge-a-Job will find a simple way of making them fit, with or without blu tack.

I’ve never been able to work out how to take a pic on I-phone and send straight to forum site.

I’m not being pedantic, but the supposed oem TCR caps are too small to clip in to my Parkers.

They fitted my Santiagos no problem. Plus Brescias and Belvederes. I don't recall them as standard on the TCR though, mine didn't have them.

A simple google search “TCR Centre Caps” brings lots up. Before I bought mine I looked at loads of images of TCRs and they all seemed to have red ringed caps. I have worked out how to transfer pics now so will take image of my own.
