Not today, but yesterday - gave it a maintenance wash http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=279680.new#new
During the process I noticed the front offside wheel had been kerbed. Haven’t heard that grinding of metal sound so guessing I’ve just kissed a kerb lightly at some point in last few days. Damage is not too bad, looks worse close up but barely noticeable from any distance, and being right on the edge of the rim it gets lost against the tyre. Have ensured it’s well sealed and will leave it for the moment and get it refurbished at Lepsons at some point in the future.
