Got my engine mounts installed at shark today. Will write a review in the other thread but whilst out testing my car decided we should be in race mode:


Not something I'd normally bat an eyelid at, if gti's had race mode lol.... Never mind car you keep on being "special" :)

You seem to have the extra plastic engine cover which came on the early GTIs....it was that there before?

I noticed this penny pinching tactic when I went to take a look at my R when it arrived. Two can play at that game !! I took it off my GTI and fitted it to my R when I got it home  :whistle:

I did that with my MDI USB input cable.....didn't have one in my R so took it from my GTI before handing it back ;)
