Yea its a mk4 will it be in the same place for the 2.0? If so maybe it came off after changing oil filter or broke a wire ill get them too take a look now cheers mate

6 days and still cant get it to start :cry: Starting to lose patients with it now,  some people have said something about the ecu might be gone or sonething,  what do u guys think cheers

Speed sensor in this case is the crankshaft speed sensor as baxxy quite rightly said. This is your problem.

most likely but also listen for fuel pump operating. take fuel cap off,stick your ear to it and get someone to put ignition on. very easy test.

As far as im aware mate its been checked/changed by the garage not 100% sure on that i have vw going there on monday too have a look themselfs, im lost without it lol It cant

The garage still has it at the moment mate,  waiting for vw to go there on monday then if they dont no im getting it back to have look myself so i could check that then cheers

Crankshaft sensor changed, fuel pump sounds like its working still wont start, what else could it be?  Any help very great fully received thank you
