White gtd 3dr turning left on the a34 Bristol road towards pershore road/Edgbaston cricket ground at about 8.40 this morning.

A bit late but a TR gtd 5 door outside my office on vicarage road birmingham by botanical gardens last week or the week before someone visitng the Indian visa office. And no I am not a stalker

:shocked: Could not believe my eyes. Another silver GTi drove past, Mytholmroyd A646 about 5.30ish today. Anyone? Sorry I didn't flash, was on hands free and braking at the time. Too much multi tasking.

About 15:30 - brand spankin' new Golf R in white travelling the coastal road from Prestonpans to Musselburgh.  I was right behind it for about 4 miles.  Liking the darker rear LED clusters and the quad exhaust looks fine in the flesh.

Tornado Red GTI on big roundabout by Tescos in Dalkeith on way into work this morning.  Looking good in the early morning sunshine.

Yeah that explains it - I was surprised to see one out in the 'wild' so soon!

One of the staff there has a brand new Lapiz Blue R - very nice too :)

Spotted two white GTIs within 30 seconds of each other on the Hillhall road tonight, near Lisburn, about 4.45.

It was like Déjà vu  :laugh:

In my Mk7 tungsten silver metallic Golf GTD about 2 weeks ago and came up behind a red MK7 GTD being driven by a lady gave her flash and over took then all hell broke loose she came up behind myself i floored my GTD on the bends no red GTD to be seen next thing as i approached Wilstead(A6) she is up my back end then an A5 2.00 63 plate Sports back come past at speed i floored my GTD and over took the A5, at the third roundabout the A5 turned towards the A421 with his tail between his legs and the lady in the red GTD turned towards Marston on the A421 looking very deflated(maybe just picked up the car and not certain how to drive it)did i feel good YES and the 5 month wait-well worth it !  !
Whats the MK8 going to be like?
