Yeah that is what I thought but those figures were taken direct from VWs site this morning. The previous figures must have been even more appealing.

Didn't see you mate but yeah that would have been me on the way home from work! Just put the plate on half an hour before that actually so glad to know it gets noticed! haha

I was going in the opposite direction so just approaching the roundabout so my concentration was focused on that but just spotted it out the corner of my eye. You had just left the roundabout from the M77.

I didnt bother with the cleaning again - did drive ito to York to drop off a friend and give it a run.... it will soon be run in!

averaged nearly 40mpg (its a petrol!) as i am still behaving, did stretch its legs slightly as we climbed the slip road from A1 to M18 though....
