BOOST PIPE PROBLEMS WITH UPGRADED TURBO

Can anyone help me? I have recently bought a Mk4 GTTDI, its been remapped to 180 horse,and has an upgraded turbo, every time i boot it the boost pipe pops off, i have tried a few quick fixs, cable ties and jubilee clips etc, but there is that much pressure it still pops off! is there an uprated pipe i can buy to stop this happening?

cable ties or ordinary jubilee clips are not sufficent, you need some decent boost hose clips, I`ll see if i can find  a link

i bought the darkside developments intercooler and hard pipe kit for mine recently mate and really impressed.

very well made and does away with all the standard clips that pop and replaces with heavy duty ones.  also replaces alot of the pipework so hopefully no more leaks!

not sure what power your getting with the turbo and not had mind mapped yet as there are a few other things i want to do to make sure nothing is going to snap / pop first but intercooler rated at 230bhp so may be ok?

kit is a bit more than the DIY opetions but like i said was very impressed with the fit / quality / service i received from darkside.

think they sell the pipes / clamps seperately as well
