Fair play mate! I've just started myself as obviously I have to diet when the missus does!

Just been having smaller portions. I used to eat until I was full, now I'm having less on my plate but still not feeling any hungrier at meal times than before. Cycling to work (although it only takes 15 minutes each way!) has helped me feel a little better too. No idea what I weigh now, and I didn't know before either. Somewhere around 14 1/2 stone I think. I'm not one to worry about my weight, but I feel better for it now and I'm doing it for myself rather than a bloody fat arsed scab lifter telling me I'm overweight and need to loose weight at work!
