Just had a call from my dealership. My car has been at Emden since last thurs. he has been told by vw that car will be allocated shipping asap at some point this week. But he doesn't know when exactly. Vw also went as far as saying it will be delivered on 25 September. One day before the 20 weeks are up.

I take that with a pinch of salt.

20 weeks means f4ck all! I'm on 23 weeks now and just being built. will be at least 26 when I get it.

I've been promised the shipping manifesto tomorrow/Friday by VWEO (if it actually makes it onto one of the 7 ( :rolleyes:) boats leaving Emden this week. I'll get the boat names if I can so that anyone sitting dockside can track the boats should they also expect to be on one of them. 14 days (minimum) to even get onto a boat, great work VW  :rolleyes:

Matchboy, it's all bo11ocks. My car got there on Thursday today VWCS say its got 15 days to get on a ship and will be on the uk by 20/09.

What's the vweo number. I'm gunna call them tomorrow.
