Nothing worse than something dangling from the mirror. My Millenium Falcon would take up the whole back seat - a 3' x 2' UCS Lego 5100ish piece behemoth.

A man after my own heart!  Not as many pieces by a long shot, but I just bought the new Lego Cuusoo Back to the Future model DeLorean

I was thinking about getting one of hanging in the rear for urban camouflage. ;)

One of these fragrant beauties...

Cheaper in Tesco, they often do 2 for 1 deals on them.

They have the jelly belly 3 or 4 pack of car air fresheners in Costco. I think they were about £3.50 for the pack.

I'd be very careful about hanging any air fresheners that have liquid in them. A few years ago, Auto express ran an article of a guy who tried to sue one of the fragrance manufacturers when his air freshener leaked down over his dash and stereo, and not only stripped the painted veneer off the plastics, but also irreparably damaged his stereo. Over £1k's worth of damage !

The Jelly Belly ones come in the flat material variety as well, like the magic tree ones.  They are pretty good, and I also go for the Yankee Candle scents like Black Cherry and Vanilla Lime.  Regardless, I never hang them up, and instead just put them in the door pockets in the rear.

Yankee candles? I suspect your car is going to have a parcel shelf full of TY beanie babies and eyelashes on the front light units!

Nothing worse than paying a visit to a shop under duress that stocks Yankee candles and being one of the many men in there, dragged in by their wives with candle after candle being thrust under your nostrils with “do you like that one?” being repeated until they have tried every candle in the shop.

I like to keep that new car smell for as long as possible – maybe they could do a “mild black marker pen” smell for the car?

Clearly I don't mean the glass jars - their car range!   Now Beanie Babies...there's an idea ;)

It's the opposite in our family, normally myself who drags my better half around testing out all of the candles! Haha! But, I do like the idea of a "mild black marker pen" smell, maybe "RON 97 Unleaded" as well

I won't taint the new car smell right away though!

Yeah, I remember sticking a pin in one of those old school feu orange air fresheners to see what was in it and it leaked a horrible liquid everywhere close to ruining the dash on my friends 1275 GT Mini!
