depends on what route you do. iirc k04-001 is streight bolt on, however doesent get a massive amount of more power over the k03s (20-30bhp), k04-025 will require a new manifold, oil lines, bigger maf, injectors, possibly throttle body.


as for induction, either panel filter in standard air box, however, if you were going for the k04-025 id be tempted to do as wazzzer stated above.

sorry yes you are right 023. too many bloody numbers to remember :D

although I do think I saw somewhere that its pretty much as easy to fit the 025 as 023... not sure though

What kind of power can standard internals take guys? as I was speaking to a friend of mine who tinkers about with a few cars and he told me not to bother with the k04 and just go for a GT28 turbo not sure what numbers came afterwards n id get an easy mid 300s, have my yearly bonus coming up so just wanting an idea of how to go about this :)

a decent k04 set up will see near 300bhp with all the supporting mods required  :smiley:

you needs lots of other bits as well prob another grand if you get bits cheap  :smiley:
